NBE has released notice for Distribution of FMGE December Session Pass Certificates: Check Details Here


National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released a notice on 6th January 2021 regarding the Distribution of the Pass Certificates to the successful candidates of FMGE (Screening Test) held on 4th Dec 2020.

Result of the Qualified and Eligible candidates of FMGE-Screening Test is available and can be checked at NBE website www.natboard.edu.in. It has been informed that the FMGE Pass certificates will only be issued to the candidates who have qualified FMGE of the December session IN-PERSON only.

Candidates will be required to bring the print out of the “Entry Slip” for the entry at NBE office. The collection schedule will be mentioned on the Entry Slip of each individual candidate which has to be downloaded beforehand.

The FMGE Pass certificates shall be issued at National Board of Examinations office, New Delhi from 19th January 2021 onwards till 11th February 2021. Candidates are required to bring the ORIGINAL documents as prescribed in the Information Bulletin and also listed in the entry slip.

Original documents of the candidate will be verified at the centre and biometric verification will be conducted. Photocopies/Scanned copies/Digital images shall not be considered in lieu of Original documents.



Documents Required in ORIGINAL to collect the certificates:

  • Admit Card for FMGE Dec 2020 with coloured photograph affixed in the space provided in the admit card
  • Passport:
    1. Indian Citizens (including NRI) are required to bring Passport issued by Govt of India.
    2. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are required to bring OCI Card issued by Govt of India along with the Passport issued by the country of their citizenship.
    3. Citizens of Nepal are required to bring passport issued by Govt of Nepal if they have obtained Primary Medical Qualification outside Nepal.

NOTE: The validity of passport and details (immigration records/VISA etc) documented therein should confirm travel to the country of study.

  • Degree Certificate of Primary Medical Qualification duly apostilled by appropriate authority/attested by the Embassy of India in the country concerned;
  • Candidates who have submitted provisional certificates of their primary medical qualifications along with their FMGE applications shall only be issued FMGE Pass Certificates on the production of their Primary Medical Qualification Degree Certificates in original, duly apostilled/attested by Indian Embassy concerned, before NBE at the time of collection of FMGE Pass Certificates.
  • Eligibility Certificate (EC) issued by MCI, if applicable or proof of admission to the MBBS course during the period when EC was exempted/not required.
  • Indian Govt Issued one valid ID Proof:
    1. Voter ID Card
    2. PAN Card
    3. Driving License
    4. Aadhar Card bearing the coloured photograph

NOTE: Candidates who fail to collect their certificates on assigned schedules due to some exigencies are informed that they should not come for collection on any other day of their choice. Such candidates shall be required to seek prior approval of NBE for a revised schedule of collection.

Nepal has released revised schedule for Nepal MD/MS 2020 entrance exam: Know the Details



The Medical Education Commission of Nepal has released the revised schedule for Nepal MD MS 2020 entrance exam after the Common entrance exam for admission to MD/MS in Nepal and various other medical courses was delayed due to stay order from the Honorable Supreme Court.

Earlier the application process for Nepal MD/MS commenced from 17th September 2020 to 1st October 2020 and the Nepal MD MS 2020 entrance exam was scheduled to be held in the month of October 2020 from 13th October 2020 till 15th October 2020 for various courses

This common entrance exam is necessary for admission to all Postgraduate Colleges and Universities (Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, BPKIHS) in Nepal and was awaited for a long time. Finally, the revised schedule for Nepal MD MS 2020 entrance exam has been released and the Nepal MD/MS entrance exam is scheduled to be held on 2nd January 2021 along with other courses.

The qualified students get to choose college and subjects during the counselling session depending upon the merit scored.

  1. Candidates for Nepal MD/MS courses shall be selected on a merit basis.
  2. The criteria for merit will be according to the University [B.P. Koirala/Kathmandu University/IOM] rules based on the PG Entrance Examination.
  3. All students including international students must take and pass the PG entrance examinations conducted by the University [B.P. Koirala/Kathmandu University/IOM]
  4. Those who secure more than 50% marks in the entrance exam are listed in the merit.
  5. Based on the marks obtained a separate merit list is prepared by the University [B.P. Koirala/Kathmandu University/IOM] for Nepalese and Foreign students and admission is granted according to the merit secured.

B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences MBBS Entrance Exam 2020: Check all the details


Every year BPKIHS Nepal conducts Entrance exam for admissions to various medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing and BSc MIT  in the month of July/August for Nepalese as well as Foreign Students. This year in the view of the disturbances caused worldwide due to COVID-19 the exams were postponed indefinitely until the situation subsides. With the working conditions in every field coming back to normal B.P. Koirala MBBS entrance exam 2020 dates are set to be declared soon.

Foreign MBBS aspirant seeking admission in B.P.Koirala Institute of Health Sciences has to apply for the B.P. Koirala MBBS entrance exam with a scanned copy of all their original documents along with Bank Deposit Receipt of Entrance Examination and Counselling Fee (non-refundable) and appear in the Common Medical Entrance exam by BPKIHS. Candidates who secure at least 50% marks (cut-off point) in the Entrance Examination will be eligible for B.P.Koirala MBBS counselling.

The Entrance Examination will be of 3 hours duration and will have one paper consisting of 200 Multiple Choice Questions. The language of the question paper will be English. Admissions are taken only on the basis of the merit secured in the entrance exam and counselling conducted by B.P.Koirala Institute of Health Sciences.

The following is the minimum MBBS in Uzbekistan eligibility criteria for admission of an Indian student:

  • The student must be 17 years plus as on 31st December of the year in which the admission is being taken.
  • The student must have completed class 12th from a regular board.
  • The student must have an aggregate of at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must have English as a compulsory subject if the student is from the General category.
  • The student must have an aggregate of at least 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must have English as a compulsory subject if the student is from SC/ST/OBC.

  14. In case the account is opened less than 6 months then a letter from Bank Manager stating when the account was opened.

ADMISSION PROCESS AT ROSTOV STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY


STEP 1: REGISTRATION

Candidates need to register them online by filling in the online application form and uploading the clearly scanned documents.

Documents required for registration:

You need to prepare scanned copies as well as translation and a notarized copy of the following documents:

  1. Identity Document (Passport) of a foreign citizen
  2. Certificate of General Secondary Education
  3. Recognition Certificate of the Document of education

STEP 3: ISSUE OF ADMISSION LETTER

  1. After receiving the signed online application form and translated & notarized copy of the documents admission letter will be issued.

  • Fill your migration card on arrival to the Russian Federation at the airport, after which you will receive a stamp at the Border Control services desk. This stamp confirms your entry in the Russian Federation.

STEP 7: UNIVERSITY FORMALITIES

  • Upon arrival at the University go to the Department of visa support and migration registration room at the University and submit your migration card to the university officials on arrival as it is proof of your entry in the Russian Federation.
  • All foreign students must submit the documents for registration to the Dean’s Office for International Students within 3 days after their entry in the Russian Federation with following documents: Passport and Migration card (received at the airport on arrival).
  • All applicants will have to undergo a medical check-up.
  • Finally, submit documents to the Admission Committee.
  • Sign an agreement and complete any pending payments at the university to become a student of the University

Documents to be submitted to the Admission Committee:

  • Application Form
  • Photograph 3.5 x 4.5 cm (1.18 x1.57 inches)
  • International Passport copy
  • For applicants under 18 years – parental consent to travel certified by a notary.
  • Education certificate copy. Academic transcripts (transcript of record, university degree/s, diploma supplements)
  • Medical Check-up results (issued by University Hospital)
  • Vaccination certificate or documents containing information about your vaccination
  • HIV status certificate
  • Medical Insurance

NOTE: All documents must be legalized in due order, translated into Russian, with the translation to be certified by a notary.
