The college is built in a 12 storied building on the 2,40,000 sft of area. The campus comprises of academic buildings and the associated 500 bed Shahabuddin Medical College Hospital. The College building holds the administrative block along with the pre and para-clinical departments. This administrative wing holds the office of the Chairman, Principal, Vice-Principal along with other college administrative offices. It also houses the Departments of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine, Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Pathology and Microbiology. The building also encloses Lecture theatres, Conference rooms, CME unit, spacious library, Common area, Prayer room, Cafeteria and the girl’s hostel. The boy’s hostel is situated adjacent to the main academic building.

Hospital building is adjacent to the college building and is endowed with all the facilities of a modern hospital. Shahabuddin Medical College Hospital is a 500 bed hospital holding VIP wards, General wards, OPD (Out Patient Department), Emergency centre, ICU, CCU, NICU, Operation Theatres, dialysis unit, Physiotherapy unit, and Pharmacy.
