Tomsk is a city in Russia located in the south-east of Western Siberia, the capital of the Tomsk region. One of the oldest cities of Siberia, Tomsk came into being in 1604 as a significant trade settlement.

By flight:
- Bogashevo Airport is the main international airport of Tomsk offering both domestic and international flights.
- The airport has regular flights to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Surgut, Barnaul, and Nizhnevartovsk. From Moscow, the flight duration is of 4 hrs.
- Bogashevo Airport is 27km southeast of the city centre. Convenient Bus services operate between the airport and the city centre.
