About Ibn Sina Trust

With a vision to serve the humanity few dedicated social workers of Bangladesh came together with a strong determination to serve people of the country. The stance to provide healthcare service at affordable cost was engrained so strongly in them that they founded the “Ibn Sina Trust” in June 1980 to serve the people of Bangladesh.

Ibn Sina Medical College is affiliated to University of Dhaka and recognised by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BM&DC). ISMC offers a five-year MBBS course in complete English language recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) India.

Through the years of existence, ISMC has graduated 16 batches of successful doctors. The academic building of Ibn Sina Medical College is a 14 storied building constructed on 3-acres area. Each floor comprises of 9300 sqft which accommodates academic facilities separately. Every department has different designated floors containing galleries, tutorial rooms, laboratories, museums, teacher’s room, conference room, teacher’s lounge, administrative wings and the library. Additionally, there are canteen, common room, information center, waiting room and prayers facilities.
