UP State Counselling for MBBS/BDS Courses 2019


Directorate of Medical education and Training,U.P. has released notification on 18th June, 2019 for qualified NEET(UG) 2019 candidates and started inviting registration online from the eligible and qualified candidates for admissions to UG Medical/Dental courses for the year 2019-20.

The candidates who have scored more than or equal to the required minimum score in NEET 2019 are eligible to register for UG admissions on the official website https://upneet.gov.in

The SC/ST/OBC eligibility criterion is applicable for reserved candidates of Uttar Pradesh Domicile only. Non-U.P.candidates are not eligible for any kind of reservation.

Before registering online for admissions to Medical and dental courses in Uttar Pradesh Candidates must read the Information Bulletin of UG NEET 2019 carefully for details regarding eligibility criterion, classification of Seat Matrix and eligibility to claim seats.

The interested eligible candidates can register online on official website https://upneet.gov.in from 21st June, 2019 to 24th June 2019(till 05:00PM).

After registration candidates have to appear for document verification process to be eligible for admission to Medical/dental courses in Karnataka State.

Details like registration fee, schedule for document verification/procedure, and list of documents required for verification and other details will be hosted on the https://upneet.gov.in website shortly..

Counselling process will be organized in different rounds and the process has been divided into various steps like document verification, registration, choice filling, seat allotment, etc.

After registration process when the portal is made available candidates will have to pay the counselling fees and fill the choices of colleges and courses and lock it.

After that seat allotment process will be conducted, the candidate will be allotted the seats and will be informed via SMS.

Candidates have to report to their Allotted College and also get their documents verified.

Candidate who wants to surrender the seat allotted  may do so before the last date fixed for modifying of options of Second Round of seat allotment, failing which it may amount to blocking of seat and action / proceedings against such candidates may be initiated.

If a candidate decides to surrender the seat, he / she have to surrender the seat  in writing. Merely not reporting to the selected / allotted college will not be presumed by the candidate that he / she have surrendered the seat.

COUNSELING FEE


All candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable counselling fee while filling the On-line Application form from 21st June, 2019 to 24th June, 2019.

FOR 1st and 2nd Counselling:

Amount- Rs. 2000+ applicable transaction charges

For Mop-up Round Counselling:

Amount- Rs. 1000+ applicable transaction charges

The payment can be done through Debit Card/ Credit card/ Net Banking.

The counselling fee is neither refundable, nor transferable and nor adjustable for any future State UG admissions.


SECURITY FEE


All the candidates need to submit a Bank Draft in the name of “Director General, Medical Education & Training UP” Payable at Lucknow only at the time of Document Verification from 26th June, 2019 to 30th June, 2019.

  • For State Medical/ Dental College seats- INR 30,000
  • For Private Medical College Seats- INR 2,00,000
  • For Private Dental College Seats- INR 1,00,000

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION


After registration candidates have to report for the document verification process from 26th June, 2019 to 30th June, 2019.

At the verification centres as specified by the officials candidates have to bring their original documents and their attested photocopies.

Print and preserve 2 copies of the APPLICATION FORM filled on-line along with the following documents compulsorily with you:

  1. NEET 2019 Admit Card
  2. NEET 2019 Score/Rank Card
  3. Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
  4. Mark sheet of secondary examination (10th class)
  5. Provisional allotment letter generated online
  6. Fee payment proof(challan)
  7. Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet / certificate or any other equivalent certificate showing the date of birth
  8. Copy of photo ID (driving licence / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / School ID card / 12th class examination admit card / Aadhaar card)
  9. Valid Caste certificate, sub-category certificate, if applicable
  10. Domicile certificate, if applicable
  11. 4 Passport size photo same as affixed on application form
  12. PwD certificate, if applicable
  13. Demand Draft
  14. Any other relevant certificate(s)

NOTE: Candidates will be required to submit this print copy of the application form (duly completed in all respects) at the time of reporting to college (as per direction given by the Admission Board), failing which their candidature shall be rejected / they will be disqualified without any further correspondence.
