I.Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University
Established in 1957, Ternopil State Medical University is a tertiary medical school located in the large town of Ternopil, Ternopil Oblast. It is officially accredited and recognized by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine with the highest (IVth) degree of accreditation.
Ukraine is oriented towards world standards in the field of medical personnel training. That is why, International Foundations of Medicine (IFOM) examination was introduced, which tests the competence of future physicians in the basic medical sciences. The International Students’ Faculty at Ternopil National Medical University enrols more than 2,000 from about 60 countries.
