Sumy State University Ukraine
Sumy State University established in 1993 is a higher educational institution of the Sumy region officially accredited and recognized by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine with the highest (IVth) degree of accreditation. It offers a wide range of educational programs in engineering, IT, humanities and medicine from bachelor to post-doctoral degree. It has 34 Bachelor and 37 Master programmes. SumDU also offers a wide range of PhD studies.
The University currently holds about 15,000 students who are pursuing pre bachelor, bachelor, specialist and master degrees in 54 majors and 22 fields of knowledge. About 1600 foreign students from 50 countries worldwide, study at this premier University.

Since 2004, the university started teaching Medical courses to International Students in the English Language. The duration of MBBS course in the English language is 6 years and Clinical studies begin from the third year.
