NEET 2019: Re-Exam schedule for Karnataka and West Bengal

NEET 2019 was successfully conducted across the country on May 5, 2019 across 2492 Centers located in 147 Cities across the Country.

Apart from students affected in Odisha, NTA has also come in support to conduct the examination for candidates in Karnataka and West Bengal who were unable to appear for the NEET 2019 examination.

Re-exam schedule for Karnataka

Karnataka students who missed the NEET 2019 examination on Sunday due to a train delay will get another chance at taking NEET 2019 exam. The reports have cited that more than 500 students from various places in North Karnataka districts failed to reach the exam venue on 5th May, 2019 due to a five-hour delay in Hampi Express while the others missed the opportunity due to a change in exam center.
NTA has announced that re-exam will be conducted for the affected candidates on 20th May, 2019

All these candidates are required to contact the City Coordinators of Bengaluru latest by 5 pm on May 10, 2019 and submit their grievances and documentary proof in support of their grievance for verification at the addresses give as follows:

Re-exam schedule for Siliguri, West Bengal

In Siliguri West Bengal, where some students at one exam center couldn’t take the NEET 2019 Exam because the question paper in the opted language Hindi was not provided, NTA has announced that it will also be conducting the examination for all thus affected on 20th May, 2019.

Candidates who were scheduled to appear for NEET 2019 Exam at Centre No. 460906, Surendra Institute of Engineering and Management, Dhukuria, P.O. New Chamta, Siliguri-734009 in Hindi Medium but could not get the question papers in the given language are required to get in touch with their respective City coordinators and submit a documentary proof in support of their grievance latest by 5 pm on May 10, 2019.

All the students should note that the admit cards bearing the examination centers and time would be released afresh on the official website ntaneet.nic.in

The National Testing Agency, which is conducting the NEET 2019 Exam, has announced that exam centers will remain the same.

Students should regularly check the official website ntaneet.nic.in and nta.ac.in as all important updates and notices will be uploaded on the website.
