UNDER GRADUATE PROGRAMME AT LVIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY 

  1. Faculty of Medicine

Duration of Course- 6 Years

Language: Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

Degree Awarded- Doctor of Medicine (MD or MBBS).

  • In the first and the second years basic medical and humanitarian disciplines are studied.
  • From the second and the third year students have the clinical practice fulfilling duties of the junior and medium medical personal
  • After the fourth and the fifth years students work as doctor’s assistants.
  • From sixth year specialization includes the detailed study of: Internal Diseases, Surgical Diseases, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Clinical Pharmacology and Immunology, Anaesthesiology, Infectious Diseases.

  1. Faculty of Dentistry

Duration of Course- 5 Years

Language: Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

Degree Awarded- Bachelor of dentistry (BDS)

  1. Faculty of Pharmacy

Duration of Course- 5 Years

Language: Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

Degree Awarded- Bachelor of Pharmacy

POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME AT LVIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY 

Duration of Course- 2-3 Years

It includes sub departments:

  • The internship (of the primary specialization),
  • The sub department of the professional development and retraining of specialists

PREPARATORY COURSE AT LVIV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY 

PRE-MEDICAL COURSE

  • Russian intensive program for students wishing to continue their studies at the Lviv National Medical University or any other University in Ukraine.
  • Duration of Course- 1 year

FOUNDATION COURSE

  • Specially designed for the foreign students who do not have the necessary requirements for the undergraduate programs and also it helps to enable students to bridge the gap between school and University.
